Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for all of your orders.

When will I get my order?

Our estimated delivery time (we sell, ship, and deliver in the US only) typically ranges from 2-9 business days, including 2-5 days for order processing and fullfillment, and 3-4 days for standard shipping and delivery. At this time, we do not offer express shipping! Your shipping/delivery time will depend on your location, and all of our order processing, fulfillment, and delivery times are estimations only! They can vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as potential backlogs and delays experienced by the dropshipping company we work with (Printful), such as shortages, your physical location, weather, etc.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipping company (Printful) that has facilities worldwide, and your order will dropship from the most expedient location as determined by our fulfillment/dropshipping company (Printful).

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order tracking number so you can track your order for an ETA. If you have any questions about your tracking number or shipment of your order, drop us a line at theuntouchablepuppies@gmail.com

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have the package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at theuntouchablepuppies@gmail.com

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost!

If there was no mistake in your address and the shipping company has not marked your package as "delivered" we will reship your order if you have not received it within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. However, if the shipping carrier marks your order as delivered, you will be responsible for the cost of getting a new order reshipped back out to you!

Where and how are your products produced?

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipping company (Printful) that has locations worldwide and that produces the products that you ordered from us by printing our copyrighted brand content onto the various items that we have for sale, and that we have hand-selected from Printful's catalogue of products, and which are then dropshippped to you from the dropshipping facility as determined by Printful as most expedient for the fastest and most reliable delivery. 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged/defective or was the wrong product! To help resolve this for you quickly, please email us at theuntouchablepuppies@gmail.com within 48 of the time of delivery of your order with photos of the damaged/defective or wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve the error and have our dropshipping company reship the same order back out to you.

What kind of Shipping Carrier do you use?

The Shipping Carrier we use is exclusively determined by our third-party dropshipping company Printful. Printful is using DHL for a lot of our deliveries, but may choose any other carrier at their sole discretion at any time.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges/Store Credit:

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit, but if there is something wrong with your order such as a damaged/defective product or a wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of the delivery time and date, by sending photos of the damaged/defective and/or wrong item to theuntouchablepuppies@gmail.com If we determine that your product item is indeed damaged/defective or the wrong item, we will make sure to get a replacement order reshipped out to you or give you a refund according to your preference. 

If I receive a wrong or damaged item and choose to get a replacement, how long will it take for my replacement order to be shipped out?

Your replacement order will be shipped out within the same time frame as your original order which is typically 2-9 business days, including 2-5 days for order processing and fullfillment, and 3-4 days for standard shipping. At this time, we do not offer express shipping! However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or date for any replacement order being shipped out to you.

If I receive a wrong or damaged item and choose to get a refund on my order,how long will it take for me to receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 5 business days from the date/time that you have sent us verifyable proof of eligibility for a refund via pictures and receipts of the received wrong or damaged/defective items in your order.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order as long as your order has the "awaiting fulfillment" status with our dropshipping company (Printful), which is usually a day or two after your order has been placed. After that you will not be able to cancel your order.
